Clove Oil
Another remedy for sinus toothache is clove oil. Dab a few drops of clove oil onto a cotton swab and place it directly onto the infected tooth. Cold Compress
Home remedies for a severe toothache plays the role of the savior especially when one has a terrible toothache and the dentist is unavailable for whatever reason. To curb the pain until a check up can be carried out one can apply a cold compress to the outer side of the mouth (on the cheek), at the site of toothache. Heat can conduce to spread of bacterial infection, which is why application of heat should be strictly avoided.
