    * Firstly, you need to decide on the measurements that you require for the bed. For that purpose, it is wise to take the measurements of the bedroom and then decide on the actual size of the bed that you will require.
    * Cut 2x10 pieces of lumber of equal length and breadth.
    * You should drill holes in these pieces to screw holes.
    * Now screw all the pieces together to make a square shape structure.
    * Next, small pieces of 2x10 should be cut to go in between the each section of the base.
    * The center piece of the 2x10 should be offset as it is essential to secure it into the place.
    * Now you need to secure all these sections together using screws and by directly using the nail gun.
    * To make the top of the frame, you need to cut 2x4 pieces of plywood 5-8 inches longer than the 2x10 pieces.
    * Next, you should make a square shape with the 2x4 pieces and secure using screws.
    * Place 3-4 2/4 pieces across the width of the frame and secure with screws.
    * Put equal parts of 2x4 pieces of in between each section of the base for support.
    * Similarly 5 pieces should be placed along the length of the frame for support.
    * Now place the top section of the frame on the base at the bottom. You will need to secure it with screws or pre-drill holes.
    * Next, put 2 pieces of MDF on the top of the frame. Secure with the help of screws.
    * Lastly, you need to sand the entire wood to make it smooth. You can also fill the screw holes with wood putty if you wish.
    * The oiling and waxing can be done according to convenience and preference. You should note that after oiling or waxing, the bed should be kept for 24-30 hours before placing mattresses on it.
