Eggless Cake Recipe

Eggless Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • ¾ tsp baking powder
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • 1½ cups cake flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbs distilled white vinegar
  • 3 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbs butter
Process

Anoint and flour a 8×8 inch square pan, also preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take a medium sized bowl and sift flour, baking powder, 3 tbs cocoa, sugar, baking salt and 3 tbs cocoa in it, mix well. Make a space in middle of the mixture to pour vinegar, water, oil and vanilla in it. Beat well until smooth, when done, pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes. Eggless Fruit Cake Recipe
Ingredients
  • 12 tbs hot water
  • Flaked almonds
  • 1 cup butter
  • ¾ cup dried mixed fruit
  • 2 cups self raising flour
  • 1 tsp mixed spice
  • ½ level tsp nutmeg
  • ½ level tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • ½ cup sugar
Process

Take a medium-sized saucepan and put nutmeg, water, mixed spice, sugar and dried mixed fruit into it. Boil the mixture over medium heat, until the butter melts completely, simmer for about 3 minutes. Let stand until lukewarm. When done, add bicarbonate soda and stir, set aside. In a small bowl add flour, make a well in middle for lukewarm water. Add the dry fruit mixture into it and mix well. Pour this mixture in a greased cake pan. Smooth the surface of the batter and sprinkle few flake almonds, in the desired quantity. Bake for about 1 hour 15 minutes at 365 degrees F. Eggless Vanilla Cake Recipe
Ingredients
  • 225 gm (8 oz) plain flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 4 tbs yogurt
  • 1 tsp baking soda/sodium bicarbonate
  • 2 tsp good quality vanilla extract
  • 110 gm/1 stick butter
  • 200 ml (7 fl oz) milk
  • 1 tin/400gm sweetened condensed milk
Process

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F also anoint and line the bottom of a 9 inch round cake tin with a baking parchment or butter paper, set aside. Take a bowl and add baking powder, flour and baking soda in it, sieve to mix. In another bowl, add condensed milk and butter, whisk well to mix, for about 5 minutes. Now mix both the mixtures with a spoon or a hand mixer. Beat until there are no lumps and the mixture is completely smooth, but do not beat so much that the batter becomes stiff! Eggless Cake Recipe Using Cake Mix
Ingredients
  • 10 oz cola, any flavor, not diet
  • One box cake mix, any flavor
Process
