Calories in Black Coffee

Caffeine is a pretty indispensable part of people's lives. But given that the calories in coffee are pretty well documented and which makes the latte a not-so-suitable beverage for those on a weight loss diet, how can these people go about curbing their body's caffeine requirement? Not bad. The 2 cubes of sugar add about 5 g of carbohydrates to your daily intake, which isn't bad either. But by getting used to the drink, you can cut down on those extra 19 calories and make your drink just that much low-cal!
