Arthritis is more common in older people, but it is also noticed in younger people. Mainly, the inflammation of the lining of the joint, leads to the pain in the joint. * Bursitis: There are small sacks called bursae which contain synovial fluid, responsible for the smooth, frictionless gliding action of the joints during any activity.
